US Senior Open – Sahalee CC
Niger, Matthews and Johnson Qualify
July 8, 2010

Bob Niger has had a good week. The Champions Tour conditional card holder (and GST player) finished in a tie for 20th at last week’s Champions Tour event in Montreal and then qualified earlier this week (Tuesday) for the U.S. Senior Open at Sahalee CC in Sammamish, WA. His round of 69 earned him the second spot at the Diablo (CA) qualifying site.

Other GST players, Tim Matthews and Mark Johnson, will be joining Niger at Sahalee. Matthews shot 69 at the Colorado Springs (CO) qualifier while Johnson shot 70 in Las Vegas.

We wish them lots of luck.
